Using the Content Management System (CMS)
1. Login to your website

Type the full URL (address) of your website into your web browser’s address bar followed by ‘/login’
2. Enter your username and password
Provided in the email we sent you
3. Edit the website content
Once logged in, navigate around the pages of your website as normal. To edit and design an article’s content, click the ‘edit article’ button
in the top right-hand corner of the article.
4. Use the WYSIWYG editor to edit and design the article:

5. Add Images, a Pagebreak or a 'Read More' button

Image
Enables you to upload images from your computer and insert them into the article.
Pagebreak
Inserts a pagebreak to break up the content into smaller sections.
Read More
Inserts a ‘Read More’ button; Only visible to website visitors. The ‘Read More’ button provides a link to the full article.
6. Publish
At the bottom of the page there are a series of options:

Section
Depending on the structure and menu system of your website, Section will determine where the content will appear on the website.
Category
Depending on the structure of your website, Category will determine where the article content will appear. Each section contains a Category or number of categories.
Published
All un-published and Published content will appear when you are logged in. Normally, all website visitors will only see published content unless specified in Access Level.
Author Alias
The person who created the content – often invisible to the website visitor.
Start Publishing
This is the date from which the content will appear on the website to visitors.
Finish Publishing
This is the date from which the content will cease to appear on the website.
Access Level
Changes the Access Level required to view the article, the default is Public - all website visitors can view the content.
Ordering
Changes the page order, from top to bottom or left to right of the website.
Metadata
This section is used for search engine optimisation – Entering information in here increases the chances of your website appearing at the top of search engines results; relevant to what users are looking for.
Description
Enter general information about the document and its content.
Keywords
Enter brief Keywords that relate to the page content.
7. Save the content
Click Save to submit your changes:
